"I feel I have to tell you about how great your CD are. I did not fly in about 8 years and have to make several trips for work to a city about 2000 miles away. Neither driving nor the train were very good options. I have a history of panic attacks; it was about 12 days before my trip and the attacks started. "G’day all. I am the first to be bewildered by the effects of your tapes. I just stumbled over the first one at Dymmocks books in Sydney Oz and only used it with headphones once back home in Paris a week ago. I am amazed by the effects, although English is not my mother language. I go into trance really quickly and I am usually wolken up by the count up at the end. I’ve had to really listen to the tape when fully awake to find out what’s in it !! The level of relaxation is such that once awake and lying on my bed, my heart rate goes as down as 49 BPM and I’m talking only using " Successfull relationship " I started using the self esteem one, and I definitly feel a difference about the way I feel. "Recently I purchased your Complete Relaxation CD from Waterstones because I was suffering from anxiety attacks, and have been for some time (about 4 months). I was getting frustrated with these attacks, particularly the anxiety pains it kept causing me in and around the chest/heart area – which I have been suffering from for around 3 months. They are a real distraction and a worry. I’ve been checked out by my doctor who says I’m fine, nothing wrong with me.
Therefore, I tried out your Complete Relaxation CD and after the first session the anxiety pains in my chest went completely. I felt fantastic the following day at work. Usually that sort of success with, for example a psychiatrist, would have taken at least 5 to 10 consultations to get anywhere near what your CD achieved. I could not quite believe that listening to your CD once could quash the anxiety pains. But it must have done because no other circumstances in my life have changed. I think it may be something to do with the subliminal messages you put into it.
Since the initial hearing of your CD I have not been as stressed anymore and don’t really seem to get the anxiety pains. If I do start to get a hint of it I just do the breathing exercises you stated on the CD to bring back the relaxed state. Also I do intermittently listen to the CD as a booster when I think I need it and so far so good it works!"

I see you have lots of testimonials already but I really wanted to write.I’ve had a very strange phobia for years and want to share this with others so they know there’s hope for everyone. "28/05/03 – I have lost 3lbs in just under 2 weeks. I listen to the tape every night. I say goodnight to my husband and then listen to the other man in my life!!!! I have always drunk a lot of water, but find I am drinking even more instead of reaching for food. One of my work colleagues happened to mention that she doesn’t see me eating as much as I usually do. As I work in a school there are always cakes around at birthdays (and for any other excuse!!).
